My payment was declined. What can I do?

Often times a payment is declined because a bank or financial institution flags the activity as unusual or suspicious. This commonly happens when the purchase amount is larger than usual purchases, or you are making a purchase from a company based in a different country from your own.

If you get a message saying your card was declined, please contact your bank or financial institution. They will ask you to confirm you were intending to make a purchase from MRI Online.

Once they have approved the activity, please come back and try your purchase again.

 

For international customers - if you try these steps without success, we recommend you use PayPal as your payment method.
